Yes I *know* it is me because you link to a paper I wrote and quote my words. The mystery is why on earth you felt it was appropriate to not give my name, while introducing everyone else as people with expertise.

And the substantive point is yes of course some "avoidance" is really evasion. But for IFFs what is being proposed is that "misalignment" with an alternative tax system is really avoidance, and thus really evasion. You miss this TJN proposal out altogether.
