I don't think anyone is wrong to identify with a gender identity if they chose. But I think it is wrong to compel other people to be categorised as if they must have an innate gender identity and that this is what makes them male or female.
Women with MRKH, women who've had hysterectomy, mastectomy etc.. are all women. These are things that can only happen to people with female bodies. I don't think being a woman is a feeling.
