My dear old gran* always referred to her vagina as her “Lily” ... all these years later it now makes sense as why she’d choose Lily as a synonym for c*nt. 

* born 1874 so maybe it was a popular word back then

I don’t think Lily is ill. I think Lily is an abusive misogynist who discovered that, within the Labour Party, waving the trans card allows for a free pass on abusive, misogynistic behaviour, and is revelling in it.
