@sra_solicitors why does your diversity and equality questionnaire not monitor the protected characteristic of sex? Only one of the protected characteristics under the EA 2010 left out - are you not monitoring sex discrimination?

Both SRA and HMCTS is rendering it’s sex data collection inaccurate and unusable. How do you think it helps women to effectively trash sex data? Do you think sex discrimination goes away because it can’t be named?
