Doesn't ring a bell for me, sorry :) But it's great we're starting to get some visibility of the scale and revenue implications of PanamaPapers. Still, imo, too difficult to extrapolate from that info and compare directly to global macro estimates

I don't think there is reason not to (v back of an envelope) look at orders of magnitude of macro estimates, datapoints and the facts we know & put them on same mental map. Zucman's global '80% is undeclared' estimate after all is extrapolation from one datapoint on Swiss banks!
