Yep all the scapegoats demonised by leavers through propaganda to be swallowed whole by those looking for someone to blame for our own problems
I wish the numbers were per capita. billions are not intuitive to make sense of.

I know billions always sounds an enormous amount, for most people it is less than a pint in Wetherspoons so even he can’t blame the EU or foreign aid
