They also say "also reject the idea that increased access to rights for trans women... will result in diminished rights for cis women". Currently the rights being discussed in live policy debates include the right to compete in women's sports, be housed in women's prisons etc....

Yes i agree we should be kind and inclusive, but the argument is to reject outright the idea that there can be any impacts on the realisation of women's rights if *sex* is reinterpreted as *gender identity* and thus single sex services, sports etc.. become mixed sex.
