There are many male people who feel their existence is "as a woman" who have not had SRS or taken hormones etc who would like to have access to female changing rooms, dorms, prisons, refuges etc... Saying 'no' is not eliminating people from society.

So how do you prove you are a woman when you are challenged then? ID..I have that. Genital inspection ..have that too. Tell me?
In most public, open access places there is no 'prove' you ask adults to respect others privacy by accessing areas that are appropriate to them, stating clearly e.g on signage what the access policy is and providing enough choices that people are not forced into men's or women's

So the whole 'bathroom moral panic' is just nonsense then. Cis and trans men will use the men's toilets as they have always done. Cis and trans women will use the women's ones...just as they have always done.

Are you trolling or do you really not follow our point? Current efforts to erase sex with gender is not a 'moral panics'. They are literally occurring. Such efforts will preclude sex segregated spaces and sports. This is a threat to women's safety and sport.
