"male only", "female only" and "all welcome" options would include everyone. You do not need to have surgery to get a GRC, and whatever plastic surgery people have is a personal choice, between them and their doctor. In most situations it would be inappropriate to ask.

This isn't about "banning"; this is about respecting the fact that women --adult females -- have created segregated spaces and competitions. We created sexed spaces because we have been and continue to be harmed by males and to be fair.
