No one disagree that males don't have different physics than female. However, there is also evidence on how hormones treatments and sex reassignment change these physics in trans women, like loss of muscle tissues. We need more evidence about it, but it's not a clear cut.

I approve what they say, but what I don't understand from this is how big is the phenomena? What safety issues are there? What is we there is a bunch of anecdotes which don't help me understand it much.
