I think the evidence that men have a massive physical advantage over women is sports is conclusive. This is why we have women's sports. Eg see

No one disagree that males don't have different physics than female. However, there is also evidence on how hormones treatments and sex reassignment change these physics in trans women, like loss of muscle tissues. We need more evidence about it, but it's not a clear cut.
