I only argued with Matti on the MNC avoidance estimates in that letter, not on offshore wealth. There are other arguments w the Zucman figures on offshore wealth not so much on the scale, but on the assumption that it is mainly hidden outside of CRS exchange reach
...which is not to say that it is all compliantly paying tax but as @ICTDTax work has shown taxing HNWIs is complex, political, and not only a matter of tax evasion using offshore structures.
