I only argued with Matti on the MNC avoidance estimates in that letter, not on offshore wealth. There are other arguments w the Zucman figures on offshore wealth not so much on the scale, but on the assumption that it is mainly hidden outside of CRS exchange reach

Tax Authorities everywhere use such projections as a way of justifying ever more intrusive measure to Politicians. In doing so create false expectations of what can be delivered in terms of additional revenues. It never appears and then demand even greater powers. Stop it.
