I think your problem here is that you read way too much into women saying that biological males aren't women. The hyperbole here is absurd.

By saying Zoë isn’t a woman you are misgendering her which is, I’d like to point out, hate speech. Everything else follows on logically from there.

Under the Equality Act 2010 and numerous hate speech statutes it is illegal to harass, threaten, express hatred, or otherwise create a hostile environment on account of, among other things, someone’s gender identity. Which is EXACTLY what you’re doing here.
