Umm. On the positive side, now they acknowledge that

A welcome improvement on the 17/9/18 speech by IMF MD on the overlap between SDGs and IMF's mandate and didn't mention illicit financial flows. IMF can do more in terms of leadership: it could lead review policy (in)coherence - to get development as well as curb IFFs.
