I think they are completely pointless and every company should have one (or HMRC will be sad)
This is wicked headline making by @Pinsent_Masons ! Putting"we are against tax evasion" in a tax strategy is like a supermarket saying "we are against giving all our customers food poisoning"... almost every tax strategy says we are committed to comply w laws (for what its worth)
