right, so the question is, why would this word be invented out of nothing? what purpose would it serve? in the thought experiment you are describing, there is no need for it, and i'd be very happy that way.
I've just been told by a scout leader that if a 15 year old girl does not want to share a tent with a 17 year old boy with gender dysphoria who identifies as a girl then she is being transphobic. "A transgirl is a girl". Girls are being taught to put up and shut up (again)

Good example! I wouldn’t force a child to share a tent with someone they don’t want to. If someone doesn’t feel safe or comfortable they should know they will be listened to. But I don’t see why you have to call this person a boy to achieve that.

Because that is why the girl does not want to share a tent w him. He may be perfectly nice in everyway. Not threatening. But I think she has that right. It does not have to be handled in a way that humiliates anyone. eg could ask kids/parents to choose mixed or single sex tent.
