Being of the sex that can bear offspring and produce eggs, which can be fertilized by male gametes. Before you ask: This does mean that women who are infertile or develop w atypical/missing parts are not female.

Because no one can verify a person identity. So then you are left with identifying "women" and "girl" with things like wears dresses, high heels, makeup, caring, kind, etc... Can you see how regressive this is?

infertile women or women with no uterus do not have the potential to get pregnant, we are back at square one with this now (well ok more like square 2)

No we are really not. Being fertile is not a necessary condition of being male or female. Post-menopausal women for example are not a third sex, or lesser or part women.
