We can do both. But you are insisting very forcefully that for many cases, we should privilege the use of sex over gender. I think in this way you are hurting a small and very oppressed minority and doing very little to help those of us born in a female-perceived body.
Why is it more inclusive to exclude women who do not ascribe to to the gender identity female (non binary women, agender women, transmen) from the category of woman? Yes sex & gender oppression are both consequences of patriarchy, as are ageism, discrimination on sexuality etc

What? You may have misunderstood me. I'm not saying we should exclude anyone based on their gender identity, actually quite the contrary... Let's fight for the rights and representation of ALL people who don't have the privileges that come with being cis-male.
