If Bunce feels in whole or in part a woman, then he would count as one. But I feel like one could make reasoned arguments either way, and that's ok. Seems to me the point of the pledge is to be effective in the 99% of cases where there is not room for reasoned argument.

You think? He is a part-time cross dresser who mainly goes by the name of Phillip. I think the FT were wrong to to put him on a list of top female executives and wrong for him to accept the award.

Have taken the pledge and yes, I would gladly participate in a 3-person panel with a trans woman and another man. Honestly a bit surprised at the question. Also, as
@_alice_evans noted, if the panel grew larger than 3, I'd certainly hope to see more than 1 woman invited.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Pip is gender fluid, i am confused on why someone’s identity is so controversial. they are simply living out their life. i support Pip. they have gotten too much backlash for someone trying to be happy

He is welcome to live out his life wearing dresses on some days of the week, but that doesn't alter the fact he is male & has not had to battle sexism in the way women do.If he made any effort to understand the advantages he had being male he would not take awards away from women
