Last June @OECD reported that #AEoI has already generated EUR93 billion in additional tax revenue. That's over half of @gabriel_zucman's estimate of global tax evasion of $190 billion! Can anyone explain how @OECD came up with that estimate?

Are both figures on the same basis? I thought Zucman was annual and it is possible that OECD number is cumulative?
Yes. I think its in a year from 2017-2018, but could also represent back taxes and fines for previous years.
