Of course, that’s one moral aspiration- process legitimacy. I’m not saying abandon it to achieve your goal, just saying that the front door/back door argument has a particular political flavour.

(2) An org held a citizen's jury about tax in the UK 'how to pay for the NHS?' - after hearing and discussing about all aspects of capital & income taxes, NICs etc.. the conclusion was 'don't change anything, just stop MNCs tax dodging...'
