Is it meaningful information that the US is 2nd in the Financial Secrecy Index and Ghana 92nd? This difference is *all* due to size and *none* to performance. In practice based on FSI Secrecy Score US is rated slightly better performer: Ghana is 69th most secretive and US 79thpic.twitter.com/qM646REwCB

Yes size matters, we should expect more and be more concerned about financial secrecy in the US than in Ghana, but we shouldn't have to wonder if we are being misled and manipulated to get to the real story.

You might look at the wording "Financial Secrecy Index ranking (the higher, the worst offender)" - 95 is higher than 2. Not sure what phrasing to use.

It's a combination of size and secrecy rating. The difference between US score and Ghana score is all about size.
