Can think about whether these governance mechanisms work well enough & how to improve (IDK), but the idea that all the member countries would just allow US labour laws (for example) to regulate employment I don't think would fly

Isn’t there a difference b/w an employer-employee relationship and the strategic decisions made by the org. Member countries should care about the latter.
