No, I'm really saying that the events should be reported accurately.
I think it's fairly uncontroversial that work-related disputes at the UN & WB cant be resolved through national courts because of their status as intergovernmental organisations - hence the member country govts set up accountability mechanisms.

Can think about whether these governance mechanisms work well enough & how to improve (IDK), but the idea that all the member countries would just allow US labour laws (for example) to regulate employment I don't think would fly

Isn’t there a difference b/w an employer-employee relationship and the strategic decisions made by the org. Member countries should care about the latter.
