Since I criticized the poor handling of a sexual harassment case at the World Bank, responses to me have been 75% about whether I was right to call it an institutional decision (yes, I was)… not about how to prevent further such grave injustices to women at the Bank.

In any judicial/quasi-judicial process it can be tempting - but poss dangerous - to reach conclusions on specific cases without studying all the evidence, listened to witness, hearing the cross examination. That's not the same as discussing the culture/HR policies/protection.
