I assume that it is an estimate from TJN of tax lost. But even if correct I really doubt that Registers will recover all of it.

Ah oh I know what you mean. Yes that is what the independent analyses show in fact range goes up to 15. You'll notice Phil Hammond didn't question the fig.

I think some different figures must have been jumbled together - I don’t think there are any estimates for the UK tax yield from the OTs introducing beneficial ownership disclosure rules.
