Particularly odd when, if you want to call the US out as a tax haven, its non-participation in CRS is exactly the point you should be making. The authors are so keen to make a political point that they miss the actual point.

It's a polemical and campaigning piece. I think it might be more persuasive if there was less description of outcomes (poor) and more analysis of the causes beyond "weak laws", eg how CRS or AML regs are bypassed.
