I really think you need to SUE the bastards. I'm pretty sure you can find a lawyer who will take your case with no money up front if they can take a somewhat larger percentage of your settlement than usual. Your chances of winning are very good, so I'm sure a lawyer will take it

Also make sure that you sue them for far more than you expect to win. They must also pay for all the pain & suffering they have caused you & yours. But a good lawyer should know all about how to do it. Good luck! And I'm sure you will win because the banning is so arbitrary!
