I'm sorry, but a pop quiz on the exact tax rates isn't very meaningful. A better question would have been on the overall distributional impacts: what % of benefits go to bottom 60%? what % go to top 1%?

Trump doesn't know them either. This is literally the easiest bit of tax law change to understand. That no one seems to know the brackets, let alone the thresholds, shows how fast this is being done.

The brackets are one thing. Knowing the thresholds where the tax rates apply is arguably more important since it determines the rates people actually pay.
