Dear Michael Pregent, Saleh al-Mutlaq one of the pillars of corruption in the Iraqi government, and one of the accomplices with al-Maliki and the Dawa Party and Iran against his people. He doesn't represent the Iraqis in general, nor he represent the Sunnis in particular.
