If those Indian nationals come to India then disease will spread all over India. It's best to quarantine them.

The best option would be instead of getting them to India directly better to settle then sometime at some island which is in India's jurisdiction. Get all the temporary medical facility and everything. Once they spend the period of 14/21 days they can be brought back. Just think.

Just now came to know that Australia will be doing this. It plans to quarantine the evacuees in an island 2000km from the main land. Glad I could able to think such idea before. GOI/MEA please plan such things.
