    Interviews already take a lot of time, as do tests, as does researching a game, so like at least give the person a Steam key or something.

    If you're a game company who expects interviewees to play your game for the interview or a test, please have the common decency to supply them with a game key. I've had interviews in the past where I had to buy a company's game myself to do their design test.
