So suspect’s name, DOB, date of incident, case number, charges, release date were all submitted. I’m asking for the record of his release and why charges were dropped from felonies to misdemeanors. Is that not specific enough for you @chesaboudin @SFDAOffice @RachelRMarshall?

SF citizens should demand an independent review of
@chesaboudin algorithm. I guarantee it's complete faulty BS. NO ONE@SFDAOffice has the skillset or qualifications to build or manage logic/data with that level of complexity@micsolana@DavidSacks@cyantist@jason3 replies 3 retweets 22 likes -

Here’s Chesa’s algorithm: Is there specific public outcry over a repeat offender killing people? If yes —> incarcerate If no —> decarcerate

Now SF residents just need an algorithm for: Is repeat offender continuing to repeatedly offend? if yes ---> create specific public outcry or Chesa could just equally apply the Law as it was designed and demanded to do.

I would imagine there are civil rights lawsuits to be won for inconsistent prosecution standards according to arbitrary motivations like public criticism of the DA.
