Because of the wording, I could read this in two ways. Either that the attorney made a false statement in court, or that it's shocking the statute doesn't include the word "standards." Clarify? Sincerely, the editor. ;-)

It's shocking that the same company that regularly touts "Minnesota's strong standards" for copper-nickel mining in their PR efforts is making the exact opposite argument legally - telling a court that we have no standards in the law.
