2. Long-term we need to think bigger. It is time to implement the Federal Job Guarantee program FDR proposed more than 70 years ago.

3. It was intended to use federal funds to support state-based job creation while guaranteeing employment with a livable wage. Adapting this initiative to our times will help job creation and retention right here in Wyoming.
