I’m an alumna and I don’t think they’ll be the first to do this. They have a lot of out of state students and I predict students are going to stay closer to home for awhile- esp when they might have to pay out of state to study from home.
The numbers are coming in. Fall registration is on it’s way and they can tell what’s coming. I’m glad they are using a sliding scale based on salary ranges. Only fair. We should be ready to see the same here

I saw that too. Everybody retains benefits and cuts are smaller for lower earners. So much better, imo than workforce reduction.

In fact, it is peace of mind to know that benefits will be there even if salary is decreased 5 or 10%.
