Watched the 4th episode of Boogiepop wa Warawanai. Clearly this is the tone it is keeping for the season. While it isn't dreadful, it is not exactly the most riveting viewing experience.

I kind of feel that it is the kind of story that probably would be more compelling to read. I don't know that I'll get to it any time soon but I certainly think eventually I'll try the novel.
Yeah I'm going to read it first because I heard they merged the 1st novel into 3 episodes and didn't do it justice
