Got my first couple of DCMA take-down requests for screen caps I used in my reviews. I'm claiming fair use, since a) they were integral parts of critical reviews and b) I attributed the original sources. Anyone else get these? Anything I should know?

Please do not get a lawyer. Anything but that. Like re-edit the video to remove the screenshots if it's really bad. Link an imigur or just recreate the screenshots badly if you have to

What’s hilarious? It’s not a video! It’s a blog post! If you look at the complaint, there are tons of illegal video sites, and then there’s my site! Sigh. I’ll only get a lawyer as a last resort. Thanks for the advice!

oh man sorry I didn't realise. No idea what to do then basically! Thats such an odd situation to be in. How does copyrighting blog posts even work? How do you know about it and how can you dispute it?
