Got my first couple of DCMA take-down requests for screen caps I used in my reviews. I'm claiming fair use, since a) they were integral parts of critical reviews and b) I attributed the original sources. Anyone else get these? Anything I should know?

It helps to quote fair use laws in addition to that. Also both your reasons are incorrect. You need to claim that your work is transformative instead of intergral and quoting sources also doesn't neccessarily give you a legal right to use it.
You have to claim it's transformitive. Claiming it's integral makes it look like you used too much of it. And referencing doesn't mean much - you still might have used too much of the original. You're video's in fair use but I don't think a YT bot would pass those reasons.

I did more research (new take down requests tonight!), and your points are absolutely correct. My counter claims tonight were based solely on “critique or criticism.” I’m anxious to see how Google responds to the counter claims.
