@youtube could someone tell me why can i not watch videos on my phone? Wi-fi connection? Perfect. So? I’ve been trying to watch two videos and they won’t start, even tho ads will play before the video. I restarted my phone 3 times and deleted the app. Can someone please help?!

Hi, thank you for responding. This wasn’t affecting all videos but it was affecting the majority of the videos that I attempted watching. The issue is that the video will just keep loading and it won’t start, while other videos don’t have a problem with this.

Yes, I signed out and signed back in to my account, and no because on my laptop they do work, but on phone they won’t.

Hmm, if you're using an Android, try uninstalling the app updates > restarting the device > updating the app. If iOS, try uninstalling the app > restarting the device > reinstalling it should help. Let us know.

Hmm. Can you try switching networks, WiFi to cellular and vice versa to see if that makes any difference?

I’ve tried it before, but it didn’t work. I also noticed that this mainly effects more recent uploads.

It didn’t work, I updated my iOS to the latest OS. And certain videos still won’t load in.
