Watching cancer cells die can be quite satisfying.

Removing and rebuilding the actin filament cytoskeleton at the leading edge of a neuronal growth cone. Actin filament polyermization was inhibited with cytochalasin B (CB) and then CB was washed out. This data is not quite 20 years old; but close.

DNA during cell death (bottom) and cell division (top). We have found that counting nuclei with low magnification
#microscopy is difficult when some cells are dying. Dead cells are bright and round too; just like healthy nuclei. Fix? Go high mag like this example.#CellBiologypic.twitter.com/54gSLmxsDiHvala. Twitter će to iskoristiti za poboljšanje vaše vremenske crte. PoništiPoništi -

An epithelial cell trying to escape it’s colony. Good luck with that cell. You are on a piece of glass. The world you are crawling towards is vast, flat and lonely.
