foreskin particularly inner foreskin is not cornified, during sex the contact creates micro abrasions in the surface that allows for easy entry of bacteria and viruses, the inner foreskin being less protective is even more susceptible, it increases your chances of STIs and HIV

without the foreskin and the natural lubrication and gliding action of the double sided layer that this creates the micro abrasions in the vagina..leaving women MORE susceptible. research so far has been able to prove a 1.3% absolute risk reduction for f to m. its not very much..
-
and honestly the 1.3% statistic from the african hiv trials are heavily criticized...and your research will be as well..so it better be good shit.

removing the foreskin does not harm anyone, i have never heard anyone upset that they had their foreskin cut off bc religion/culture/whatever. But there are people being attacked, raped, starved, abandoned by their own govt even, there are more worthy causes to focus your attention
-
people can advocate for as many of those issues and
#i2 if they want. there is no limit to being passionate... also to say circumcision doesnt harm anyone..is ignorance or denial...

girl all skin is part of the immune system, so are lymphoid organs like the tonsils and appendix but we still get them removed yet you won't cry about it. Circumcision doesn't prevent HIV but reduces the risk significantly, https://europepmc.org/abstract/med/7974070 … https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0140673607603122 …

"like the tonsils and appendix but we still get them removed" Right, I forgot that routine infant tonsillectomies and routine infant appendectomies also are forced on non-consenting kids. Oh, right, just genital mutilation is, and only on boys. Oopsies.
