He was able to bring such a warmth to a character

Oh no! Quantum Leap is one of my favorite sci-fi shows! The chemistry between he and Scott Bakula was excellent. He also guest starred with Bakula in Star Trek: Enterprise and his JAG appearances were good as well. RIP
