They won't tell you. They will mandate you ;-). I had a small debate with a local doctor. I had to correct her when she word it as “It is recommended”. In a place where vaccines are mandated, she still uses “recommended”.

When the authority above “signals” down that in the name of emergency and defeating this virus, everything else is secondary, it is natural for many professionals to get sloppy. They just hear “Just get to the other side. Everything will be justified later.”
