    Quick note on reasoning! Much cheaper then renting a spot and I can move it. I’ve been working on my dinning room table for a year. Can’t see any reason I’ll would be hitting up any co-working for at least a year+ It’s cool af and my dream spot🥺

    Other details! 📐 It’s 16ft x 8ft 🌞 Placed so the sun starts in the big window and ends in the smaller one. 👃 I come back to the house smelling like lumber. It’s in my clothes and it kinda rules. Happy to answer anymore questions!

    🧰 Prep work I’m useless and did nothing helpful. Might mark removed fence panels and poles and then put it back up. Ran an outdoor rated cat5 cable from our fiber point, through the wall of the house, along the house, then up through the floor of the unit to a Google WiFi.

    Took about 45 mins to get it off the trailer and then into the yard. 30 mins of leveling and settling with bricks (they supplied) and Marv was on this way. 🎻His GF is a classily trained violinist and we talked about how rad that is.

    Took 3 weeks (not including the holidays to arrive. 🚛 Shipping Delivered by a barn delivery company. Arrived on a trailer but then moved to some magic 2 wheeled forklift thing. I measured our driveway before hand and sent lots of videos to explain how it would need to fit.

    It’s foam insulated but I’m heating it with a small space heater. There is wiring for a mini-split AC I will add in the spring. There are 2 solid locks on the door but I’ll be adding a Ring camera. I love working in there. 🥺

    🏠 Unit I chose the layout of the windows, doors, porch, power outlets, and even brought the roof tip down a whole foot. I did not choose any of the materials. It has a 110V power breaker, you literally plug it in. Built in TN by
