Frontline charities, faith groups and councils, backed by Gov funding, have helped nearly 15,000 rough sleepers and vulnerable people into safe accommodation. This has undoubtedly saved lives. We could not be more grateful to everybody who has helped make this happen (3/4)Show this thread -
This new funding is on top of the £433m announced to provide 6,000 long-term, safe homes for vulnerable rough sleepers.
We have set out our ambition to end rough sleeping. This is a moral mission for us. This action today will help ensure it is delivered. (4/4)Show this thread - End of conversation

That's great news but us
#ukmortgageprisoners are being left to rot. There is going to be serious consequences ie reposessions very soon. Even the support for mortgage interest was stripped away from the vulnerable now turned into a loan. It's just not fair. -
Our group members are in a very bad way mentally, physically and financially and not one of the governments financial schemes of late has assisted us in anyway. It's absolute torture and then to find out these
#vulturefunds don't pay tax is quite frankly soul destroying.

That's miniscule compared to the £45M your mate Desmond saved due to

According The Guardian, and Dame Louise Casey, who you appointed to deal with this issue, the actual amount is £85. Are you double counting again?

Increased budget by 85 million to 105 million. It's a start.
