We are using this oppurtunity to provide rough sleepers with the support they need, including funding a pan-London substance misuse team, to give additional drug and alcohol treatments to those in need (2/2) #endroughsleeping

Let's just invent them some friends and family then they can move in there. Tory logic

Loads of local authorities are working hard with rough sleepers in accommodation and their complex needs outside of London too . Your early message to get them back to family or friends was insulting to all the professionals working day in and out. If only it was that easy!

@LukeHall So having acknowledged their needs ,is it right in a modern society to ignore this and not seek cost effective ways of providing supported accommodation which can address them. Sir Robin Wales and I believe we have a solution , will you listen ? #endhomelessness

Do you think its in any way reasonable to expect homeless people to move in with family and friends. Does it not in any way seem like they would have done that if it were an option, or that family problems might be the reason they're homeless.https://www.insidehousing.co.uk/home/home/encourage-rough-sleepers-to-move-in-with-family-and-friends-government-tells-councils-66643?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter …
