Support for physical and mental health is vital- we have asked councils to work with health partners to plan for continuity of care for people who move out of emergency accomm to support their ongoing physical & mental health, substance use, social care & housing needs (6/7)Show this thread
We have a moral obligation to end rough sleeping and are using this unpresidented opportunity to help people rebuild their lives and prevent returns onto the streets #endroughsleeping (7/7)
