That all move on options are considered, such as returning to friends & family and to find as many sustainable move on options as possible like working with housing assocs to increase the supply of move on accommodation and to consider moves into the private rented sector (5/7)Show this thread
Support for physical and mental health is vital- we have asked councils to work with health partners to plan for continuity of care for people who move out of emergency accomm to support their ongoing physical & mental health, substance use, social care & housing needs (6/7)
